Caleidoscope Communications became a new partner of New Horizon Communications in January of 2008.  Located in Lexington, Massachusetts,  NHC was founded in 2002 by a team of highly experienced telecom professionals who built their company around the premise that existing telecommunications providers were failing to provide their customers with two critical factors -- exceptional customer service and exceptional ongoing account management.

Since we share that critical mission, Caleidoscope and New Horizon Communications can unite their efforts to provide quality products combined with excellent services at a highly competitive price.   As of July, 2007, NHC maintains wholesale contracts with 22 major carriers, including Verizon. The hundreds of services available from these carriers are provided on one bill and fully supported by NHC operations.

Some of the highlighted services offered by NHC include:  National CLEC Platform, with voice and data offerings in all states; wholesale contracts with 22 major carriers that encompass hundreds of products; long term wholesale contract with Verizon thru 2013 for UNE and resale; one bill for all carriers and products; customer access to billing, repair and order tracking; 50,000 line equivalents under management as of July, 2007; 7 X 24 live customer service.
